  1. Starting list - Tees

    The Notice Board list is the Only official and final list.
    Please check it for any last minutes changes.

    The Championships will be played from the white (juniors) or the blue (girls) tee markers which are inscribed with the number of the hole and the distance in meters.

  2. Practice - Schedule

    On Monday : Am-Am offered by Total
    On Tuesday: practice round. There will be a special starting list held by the Hostesses.

    The practice bays, the practice ground and practice balls (5 € for a card at the caddie-master) are available from Monday morning. It will probably be necessary to ration players to 20 balls before teeing-off owing to lack of available space. When hitting balls from the open-air mats adjacent to the car park, please do not use woods.

  3. Score cards - Results - Recorder

    The score cards will be distributed at the first tee.

    Within 10 minutes of leaving the 18th green, the whole group should present themselves in front of the RECORDER to verify and sign their cards.

    If the timing is not respected, the Committee will consider the matter and could, if warranted, disqualify the player concerned.

  4. Starting time - Slow play - Local rules

    Cases of players arriving late for their announced tee-off will be considered individually by the Committee (penalty shots or disqualification).

  6. Ceremonies - Prizes

    SATURDAY 3 AUGUST
    Prizegiving for

    • The Winners, the second, the third and fourth place of the TOTAL International.
    • The winning team of the Tournaments of Nations.
    • The best Belgians players of the TOTAL International.

    Barbecue: all competitors and their hosts are invited at the Barbecue following the prizegiving on Saturday.
    From Thursday on, the invitations must be collected by the Hostesses.
    Charge for others : 15 €.

  7. Dress code (required dress)

    • Hats/visors must be worn with brim forward, males must remove hat/visor while indoors at host facility.
    • Collared shirts must be worn and tucked in at all times.
    • Women's fashion shirts without a collar are acceptable but must have sleeves.
    • Women's shorts must be no more than 5" above the knee or the inseam of the short must measure at least 5".

    Proper attire is required at all times at the host facility. Questionable attire will be reviewed by the Tournament Committee. Should a host facility have a stricter dress code, its policy will take precedence.

    FOR THE PRIZEGIVINGS, PLAYERS ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO TAKE A SHOWER AND PUT FRESH CLOTHES.

  8. Golf shoes - Lockers

    SOFTSPIKES: It is a condition of the competition that shoes with metal or traditionally-designed spikes are prohibited as determined by the Royal Golf Club of Belgium. Penalty for breach of this rule is two strokes per hole, maximum of four strokes per round. Once the breach is discovered, acceptable shoes are to be worn.

    If it is possible, each player will be allocated a locker in the Dressing Rooms and in the Bag Storage Space. Ask the Hostesses or the Rooms and Space Responsible.

  9. Trolleys - Caddies

    Trolleys are available free of charge.

  10. Course guide

    Improve your scores : buy the Course Guide of the Royal Golf Club of Belgium available in the Pro-Shop for 7 €.

  11. Restaurant

    The Restaurant and Bar will be open all day. Meals will only be served between 11h00 and 17h00.

    No golf shoes in the Restaurant or in the Salons.

    Lunch menu (one course and dessert) : 14 €.
    Beer and Water : 1.5 €.
    Coca-Cola, lemonade : 1.5 €.
    Coffee, tea : 1.5 €.

  12. Taxis - Transport

    Taxis are expensive in Belgium. Please try firstly to arrange your transport with your hosts and secondly with their neighbours. If there is still difficulty, contact the Hostesses.

  13. Valuables - Mail

    The Club declines all responsibility for articles left in the Club Complex.
    A letter rack is installed by the Hostesses.

  14. Hostesses

    The hostesses are there to help you with any problem you can not solve yourself, but don't forget that they also have a lot of work to do for the good running of the TOTAL INTERNATIONAL JUNIORS 2010.

  15. Miscellaneous

    Each player will receive :

    • the programme of the week,
    • a competitors-list,
    • a starting-list,
    • a commemorative polo presented by TOTAL. Other polo’s can be bought from the hostesses for 40 €,
    • one complementary soft drink ticket offered by EVIAN.

    P.S. With these tickets, you can go to the Bar-Restaurant of the Club and order : Water, Coke, Lemonade.

    FREE DRINKS ON THE COURSE : with the courtesy of EVIAN, you can have free drinks on the course at the 5-7 greens and at the 10-13 greens.

    FOR THE PLAYERS OF THE TOURNAMENTS OF NATIONS :

    • Ask the Hostesses each day for your lunch-ticket.
    • For the Barbecue, collect your invitation from the Hostesses on Friday 2th August.

    GSM (PORTABLE PHONES) ARE TOTALLY FORBIDDEN on the Course, in the Clubhouse, and on the Driving Range.

  16. Accomodations

    Only the official teams (max. 4 players) entered by their National Federation and participating in the Tournaments of Nations will be guest of the organisers (accommodation by members and meals).
    For individual participants, the organisers have arranged special conditions with Novotel Brussels Airport (Ref. TOTAL Intern.
